Why do I have to sign up to view your video podcasts?
It is important to us that we get to know our readership and members and by becoming a FREE member and receiving our regular emails and Lick of the Week – we hope to keep you motivated and also promote some events and products from ourselves and other advertisers that will allow us to keep the website going.
To keep the price of our content as low as possible and to maintain the running of the website and produce new content you may be exposed to advertising via the website or in our emails – but we think this is a small price to pay for great content.
What do I get when I purchase a video podcast?
When you buy a video podcast, you are only granted access to view our video podcasts. These may include free downloadable PDF notes. These are to support the video and your learning. The videos are not downloadable and notes are for personal use only – these should not be shared, sold or repurposed (please see the ‘licence’ section of out privacy, terms and conditions).
Important: For as long as you keep your membership active – you will have access to any content that you have paid for. However, if you cancel your membership, you will lose access to any content you had previously paid for.
Why can I only purchase one lesson at a time?
I used to be a member on the old site, how do I log in?
As a member of the old website, you should have received and email with details that the website was being updated and that you would need to re-register. If for some reason you didn’t – then simply re-register for FREE membership.
How can I get in touch?
You can visit the contact us page and leave us a message. We try to answer any queries within 48hrs, but we have a very small team that work on a voluntary basis – so sometimes it can take longer to respond.
